We are always happy to have cheerful, healthy and satisfied employees at Bisca, so we have implemented a number of measures to make our company an especially great place to work.
In the area of healthcare we provide all of our employees with a healthcare insurance offer from Tryg. We have also had visits from Livlægerne (Life Doctors) who carried out a health study at the company and provided advice for improved cardiac health. There was a subsequent opportunity to sign up for a course in quitting smoking. The ”Piece of cake” project provided help to 22 employees to reduce weight through exercise and dietary advice. All employees have discounts at several fitness centres in the vicinity.
In addition to this all employees enjoy discounts through the LogBuy retail discount club that often has great offers for e.g. sportswear. Last but not least our cake shop opens once a month and provides great discounts on our delicious biscuits and cakes.
