Social responsibility

Bisca is committed to being accountable to all our stakeholders. We endeavour to take social responsibility by actively ensuring sustainable development and abiding by all local and international regulations and legislation.

That means, among other things, complying with national and international laws on competition, safety, health and working conditions, human rights, no forced labour or child labour, respect for the right to organise, applicable environmental legislation and provisions, as well as continuous improvement of environmental outcomes.

In January 2025, Bisca received the Sustainability Award 2024 from the Business Association of Vordingborg for our social responsibility. This recognition was given for Bisca’s employment and integration of a large number of refugees, as well as for our efforts creating a work place where diversity, inclusion and well-being are key focus points.
